Hello Everyone.
I hope you have all been keeping well.
Apologies for the delay in keeping everyone updated.
Last month I was hit badly with the flu which kind of put a stop to a lot of stuff I had planned such as writing and planning of events. Thankfully, I recovered in time for The Molesey Carnival which I attended and where I got to meet a lot of people. As always I am forever grateful to each and everyone of you who stopped by to either buy a signed book or just for a chat, I always enjoy meeting you all. A huge "Thank You" goes to Janine and Kim and the team at Molesey Carnival for organising the event. If you have any photos to share then please do send them to me.
Apart from my books I was also selling a lot of new merchandise such as mugs, bands and T-shirts and I will be bringing them with me to my next event which is at my old school - The Orchard School - tomorrow (Saturday 24th June). If you can please do come and say hello. Or, maybe, I can meet you at Cranmere School Summer Fair the following Saturday (1st July). Again, I will be selling my new merchandise which is not on-line at the moment.
Waterstones in Staines-Upon-Thames are holding a number of events throughout the summer to keep children occupied. Due to the raising costs and the cost of living, times are tight, especially for families so these activity days are a great way to have fun and is supported by my friend, the broadcaster and parental coach Sue Atkins. These events are hosted by authors and I am honoured to be taking part and will be down at Waterstones on Friday the 18th August so please do bring your children along for a fun filled afternoon.
